Meeting rooms can also be reserved online
This is how the meeting rooms work:
- Reserve a meeting room. The meeting room must be password-protected. This makes sense because the meeting room can be called up via the room name and is protected from uninvited guests by the password. A name for the meeting room can optionally be assigned. The room name is unique and belongs to the meeting room as long as it exists. The meeting rooms have a half-life of 45 days when not in use. In this way, not only one-off but also recurring meetings can be organized in a meeting room. The meeting data generated during the reservation can be copied directly and pasted into the meeting invitation of the email program. Participants call the meeting with the meeting link , Meeting ID or the room name.
